In response to these questions, we have listed a few of the more Frequently Asked Questions with regard to envelopes and our services. If there are any questions or points you feel should be added please address them to webmaster@rapidenvelopes.com
Q: Will your envelopes run on an inserting machine?
A: Our envelopes are designed to run well on all mailing machines, and specifically Kern 2000, 2500, 3000 & 3500. We run low porosity paper as standard. All of our mailing wallets have trapeze shaped flap which is approximately 45mm long (55mm for a 156 depth). Business reply envelopes have a straight flap as standard: this allows for more space for messages underneath the flap.
Q: What sort of envelopes do you make?
A: We make gummed mailing wallets for high speed mailing machines. We do not manufacture self seal or pocket envelopes, but we are happy to source these from our trade partners.
