There are plenty of other companies out there making envelopes, so what is it that sets us apart from the competition?
After all, we must be doing something different to have come from nothing to become the substantial company we are now in under seven years.
Well, for a start we make all our envelopes to order, that means we don't need to keep stock on shelves and account for its depreciation, one saving we can pass onto our customers straight away.
Our envelopes are manufactured on high speed in line envelope machines. The exceptional quality of our raw materials and final product, well boxed and carefully delivered has swiftly established Rapid Envelopes as a 'major' player in this highly competitive market sector - and made us a favourite of mailing room managers and print operatives nationwide.
Since we only manufacture bespoke envelopes, our customers can specify their requirements, allowing a wide choice of width, depth, window size and position. Our Winkler and Dunnebier 102 manufacturing plant has up to three colour in-line doctor bladed flexo print capability offering cost effective, accurate volume manufacture.
Finally on all our jobs, 1 in every 500 envelopes is dismantled and hand checked for glue lines, window adhesion and position, and of course print quality. It is only after our rigorous checks have been completed that your Rapid Envelopes are released for delivery.

| Rapid Envelopes Limited produce and distribute envelopes for the mailing, print and fulfilment industries using manufacturing processes.
We will optimize the impact of our operations on the environment by complying with legislation, own company requirements, those of interested parties to which the company subscribes and by operating an environmental management system based on, and compliant with BS/EN ISO 14001.
To reduce the impact we have on the environment we shall commit to:-
- Manage significant environmental impacts throughout the business.
- Set objectives and targets developed from assessing our environmental impacts.
- Regular review of objectives and targets as a basis for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all employees demonstrate good environmental practices whilst carrying out their duties.
- Ensure that all employees have the opportunity to contribute to the management of our environmental impacts.
- Monitor, control and optimize our use of energy.
- Protect the environment from pollution by ensuring that the handling, storage and transportation of materials are responsibly controlled.
- Minimize the impact of waste materials by reducing, recovering and recycling as much as is economically practicable.
- Ensure that all contractors are made aware of our environmental policy and procedures and demonstrate good environmental practice whilst on site.
- Show respect for our neighbours and the community I which we operate by reducing the impact of noise, fume and vehicle movement as much as is feasibly and economically practicable.
- Encourage our major suppliers to adopt positive environmental practice through the ISO14001 standard where possible.
